Our Story

I started my online business in 2014 on Etsy making hand knitted scarves and home decor pillows. You can still find my whole collection at petiartisan.etsy.com.
Knitting and sewing were traditional craftsmanship in the area where I grew up. They were passed from generation to generation, and I was fortunate to have grandmothers who can teach me many of the different techniques.
Now that I have mastered these techniques, I can appreciate the works of past generations even more and have them as an inspiration. I am on a quest for keeping the tradition alive, hoping to pass it to the next generation.
But the great satisfaction and true motivation is to see my own works being appreciated and loved. It is the joy and the warm words of many customers that keep me going day after day and putting endless hours in the work that I love.
